2nd Stage of the swim challenge awards, similar to the Bronze award but with more difficulty in the challenges.
Gold Awards
3rd Stage of the swim challenge awards, now the pace starts to pick up as things start getting tough!
Honours
The final Stage in the challenge awards, by completing this award you really have shown great ability in the water.
